Garden Chapel Sanctuary has secured a Conservation Easement through Open Space STL for 2+ acres of woodland surrounding the church, keeping this area from development in perpetuity. We are actively working to develop a Nature Trail that will be open for public use.

Creating the Conservation Easement and taking away the option for future development, decreases the value of the property by $300,000. To compensate for the decrease in value and to support the building out of the Nature Trail and Meditation Garden, we invite donations.
